Welcome to my blog!

Updated: Feb 9, 2022

The main idea of this blog is to create a space where I can share personal experiences of things that I enjoy doing around my community. Highlighting the beauty of the people, places, and the boundless natural resources that surround us. At the same time, I would like to open the door to new recommendations from anyone curious (like me) and eager to share their world with me and others.

What is all the fuss about?

As you may already know my name is Raisa Rosas and I am a communications specialist. I work from home doing digital Marketing but also I teach Spanish for a public school district in Granite Bay CA, and privately.

During the last couple of years and the wave of the “new” rhythm of life I have encountered a need in my community but also globally related to mental health issues. The numbers of cases are skirocking nowadays and are affecting more people even younger generations. Acknowledging this fact can help us to support each other when passing through difficult times and creating a better today.

My belief is that sharing more positive thoughts and ideas among others can create a big impact in our community- I know, not every day needs to be perfect and happy but certainly we need to be prepared mentally and physically to overcome those difficult times and any unexpected curves that life throws at us.

Therefore, in this blog you will be able to read about places that I’ve visited and have impacted me or others positively.

Also, I want to share some of the practices that I enjoy doing to recharge my mind or even train my heart like; spending time outdoors, hiking, and cooking with fruits and veggies that are grown locally.

Conclusion

I LOVE where I am right now and despite the new changes and modifications into our lives we have so many good things to look forward to. Missing the human interaction has made me think outside the box and find new avenues to reconnect with all the good people that are out there and hopefully one day I can see you in the trails, that restaurant, or that place that you and I enjoy. Let’s stay connected! Consider clicking the heart on this post and following me on social media to see my latest adventures. Thank you!
